PRIVACY
All personal information given to flightable.com.tw as a result of online ordering or by e-mail, is kept
confidential. All credit card billing is performed in-company. No outside processing system is used.
Credit card statements will show a charge to Azpac International, LLC, not any other company.
We will not share any of your information with other companies.
SHIPPING
All the orders are shipped from our warehouse of Redondo Beach, CA after checks and credit card approval. Shipping and handling charge is
included. If your ordering quantity is more than 20 pieces,
we'll call and suggest you using truck services for cheaper freight.
WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENTS
All products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship, under normal use for
5 years after purchase. Damages caused by excessive stress and or abuse are not warranted. This determination will be made by the manufacturer upon receipt of the unit. Please be
sure to see the working manual on the hanging tag and also the instruction, printed on the table legs
that warns while closing the table, leg must be hand-clamped to its shortest length before folding and
having it locked underneath the table. FLIGHTABLE is designed for instant desktop work;
it hold a maximum 60 lbs. FLIGHTABLE is not designed for sitting. There is no warranty for
breakage due to improper use.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product ordered,
call our office at 626-458-6618 or email benlee@cheneye.com.tw and we will give you a return
authorization number. It's important that our office is contacted and authorization number is given, because packages
without the return authorization number are refused! Units damaged during shipping must be claimed by sender to the delivering carrier within three (3) days of receipt.
